Believe it or not, the next San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium is just around the corner! At this year's conference Genomic Health will be hosting a reception for advocates to mingle and relax, while getting a brief update on our new research data releases.
We've always believed that these events have served as an opportunity to foster discussions with the advocate community around diagnostic technology, and this year that is particularly significant since genomic diagnostics is an area of increasing interest to many researchers and policy makers. At the upcoming reception, we hope to create an atmosphere of open dialogue, and we look forward to discussing with you how best to continue incorporating the patient perspective into our work.
Genomic Health's advocate reception is scheduled for Saturday, December 16th at 7:45 pm, immediately following the Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation's Mentor Session, and we will be sending formal invitations shortly. In the meantime, if you or anyone you know is planning to attend SABCS this year and would like to receive an invitation to this event, please send the appropriate contact information to Pat Terry (click to email Pat Terry). Please include the individual's first name, last name, advocate affiliation, and e-mail address.
We hope to see you in San Antonio!
