As the TAILORx trial enrolls patients around the country – and around the world – we at Genomic Health continue to be encouraged by high level of interest in the landmark trial.
Since our last newsletter update in August, more than 400 new sites have opened, and there are currently more than 530 total sites now enrolling patients.
As we continue toward the goal of enrolling 11,000 women, we thank you for your support of this trial and encourage you to share information with your peers and constituents on TAILORx trial eligibility and enrolling sites.
As a reminder for you and your constituents, the TAILORx trial is designed for patients with newly-diagnosed, early stage breast cancer. All patients who agree to participate in the trial will have the Oncotype DX™ test performed on a sample of the tumor that has already been removed.
Patients participating in the TAILORx clinical trial will not be responsible for the cost of the Oncotype DX test.
Additional resources on this trial continue to be made available and below are links to more information on the TAILORx clinical trial.
